What's Included In My Stay?
All of our units are designed for beauty, convenience and comfort.
All of our kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped with the essentials required to pack light and still have all that you need for a great stay.
That includes microwaves, toasters, coffee machines, blenders and dishwashers, as well as hair dryers, towels and linens.
Kitchen Essentials also include garbage bags, dish soap and sponge, paper towels, cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea and sugar.
Bathrooms also include garbage bags, toilet paper, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The majority of our units are also equipped with filtered water straight from the tap, bicycle rentals (Tulum).
And finally, we offer ALL of our guests concierge level services, sourcing all that you need to enjoy your vacation with ease!
What’s Your Cancellation Policy?
We offer a Full refund within 24 hours of booking your Vacation Rental.
After that, our cancellation policy is as follows:
96% refund 30 days out from your reservation
50% refund between 30 and 14 days of your reservation
No refund within 14 days of your reservation
Do You Offer Airport Transfer?
Yes, we offer airport transfers, grocery drop off, celebratory set-ups and much more!
Our concierge services ensure you have all that you need throughout your stay. Just ask.
Are Your Units Pet Friendly?
Sadly, and even though we love pets, our units are not pet friendly.
How Can I Pay?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
What Don't I Know?
We require all of our guests to go through our insurance broker for damage waiver protection insurance.
You’ll get an email directly after booking, where you’ll be invited to pay $35 for $500 in coverage or leave a $500 deposit.
This is mandatory for booking with us.
